By creating an account or using order2wear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
order2wear is a business-management tool for tailoring shops, boutiques and home-based tailors to manage orders, measurements, delivery timelines, and payment collection and reconciliation via WhatsApp and a web/app dashboard. order2wear does not provide physical logistics, courier, or delivery services — "delivery timeline" refers only to the date a Shop Owner promises to have an order ready.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.
Payments collected from End Customers via UPI links generated in order2wear are processed by our third-party, RBI-regulated payment gateway partners and settled to the Shop Owner's linked bank account, subject to that partner's terms and standard settlement timelines. Vikavasri Ventures is not a bank or payment aggregator and does not hold customer funds.
You agree not to use order2wear to send unsolicited bulk messages, engage in fraudulent transactions, upload unlawful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
order2wear, its logo, and all associated software are the property of Vikavasri Ventures Private Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any Vikavasri Ventures intellectual property.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
order2wear is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikavasri Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of order2wear after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
